The Sun Room
Here we collect in a large group to teach, to educate, to inspire, and to engage.
Overlooking the garden and leading onto the sunny terrace, the SunRoom is the central gathering space of the house. This is where our retreats and workshops take place. Whether we’re creating, reflecting, eating, moving or simply being, the SunRoom holds it all with quiet grace. Here is the heart of Threads of Renewal.
A large, bright space filled with natural sunlight the room has an uplifting and energising feel. A place where morning light from the wide doors spills across wooden floors, casting a soft illumination.
Everything about the space has been curated with care – tonal colours, handmade touches, natural materials, objects collected from world travel and glassware – some a hundred years old found in the garden during building works.
The sun is a source of life and new beginnings and so the SunRoom holds this warmth and vitality, creating a safe space where people will feel held as they explore, heal and grow.

Ideal for individual practitioners to treat their clients or as a break out room for retreats and workshops. This room can be booked separately or with the SunRoom
Whether you're journaling, painting, stretching or being treated to reflexology, massage or coaching, the Drawing Room holds you in its warmth—grounded, glowing and full of possibility.
